Web design prices in Zurich: what a website costs in Switzerland
Small businesses in Zurich and across Switzerland can see what a website costs before they ask: three fixed prices from CHF 1,800, no hourly billing. A free draft comes first, and you pay only once the site is online.

A website from Noah Frank in Zurich costs a fixed CHF 1,800 for up to 15 pages including the texts, as a redesign or a new site. SEO and AEO (preparing your website so that Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT can read and use it) cost CHF 1,800 once, and the website plus SEO and AEO costs CHF 3,000. All prices are final because Noah is not VAT registered. You get a free draft after three days, the site goes online 14 days after you sign the contract, and you pay only once it is online, with no deposit.
How much does a website cost in Zurich and Switzerland?
A website of up to 15 pages costs CHF 1,800, SEO and AEO cost CHF 1,800, and the website plus SEO and AEO costs CHF 3,000. These are fixed prices, not hourly rates: one total for a clearly described scope, known before you say yes, and final because I am not VAT registered. SEO (search engine optimisation) helps Google show your site for the right searches. AEO (answer engine optimisation) prepares your information for AI assistants such as ChatGPT.

Maintenance plan: CHF 60 per month. Hosting (the server your site runs on), backups, updates and text changes of up to one hour per month. Cancel any time.
What is and what is not included in the website price?
The CHF 1,800 website price covers design and texts for up to 15 pages and two correction rounds. SEO and AEO, maintenance, shops, Google Ads and social media are not part of it.

Shops, Google Ads and social media are not part of the fixed-price packages.
What does a website cost in the first year and after that?
With the optional maintenance plan, a website of up to 15 pages costs CHF 2,520 in the first year (CHF 1,800 plus 12 times CHF 60) and CHF 720 a year after that.

You do not edit the site yourself, because there is no content management system (a tool for editing pages in a browser). Changes go through me (text changes in the plan) or a professional of your choice, because the code and access are yours. More: Website maintenance (in German).
When do I pay, and what if I change my mind?
You pay only once the website is online, with no deposit. Until then you can withdraw and pay nothing, even after saying yes and after the correction rounds. What happens in each step is described in How a project works.

For the draft, you send me the link to your website (with no website: a short description of your business). With the website package or the website plus SEO and AEO, after three days you get a link to your new home page in its actual design, plus the page plan (the list of your pages), which you confirm by email to fix the scope. With SEO and AEO alone, you get a free short review of your existing website: a list of what I would improve for Google and AI answers.
Why do website quotes differ, and what should you ask before comparing them?
Quotes for the same website often differ because they cover different things, so compare the scope behind the total. Ask about the number of pages, who writes the texts, how many correction rounds are included, which languages are covered, who owns the domain and the code, what it costs after launch and when you pay. These are my answers:

What happened for one real client?
For TAF180, a practice in Zurich and Berlin that received a new website plus SEO and AEO, clicks from Google Search rose from 2 to 61 per week between 25 June and 27 August 2026 (Google Search Console). The numbers do not show which change caused which result, and this is a single case, not a promise.

Is VAT included in the price of a website?
Noah Frank is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and the prices on this page are final. Whether you can deduct the cost depends on your tax situation, so ask your accountant or the tax office. The general picture is in Deducting website costs from tax (in German).
Is SEO included in the price of a website?
No. At Noah Frank, SEO and AEO are a separate one-off package for CHF 1,800, or CHF 3,000 together with the website. There is no monthly SEO subscription. How long results take is explained in How long does SEO take? (in German).
Does a website in English or in several languages cost more?
No. At Noah Frank, a website in one language or in several, for example German, English, French or Italian, costs the same fixed price. The languages and all details are agreed individually, and clients are served in English or German. Background: Multilingual websites in Switzerland (in German).
Do I have to pay a deposit, and can I still back out?
There is no deposit: you pay when the website goes online. If you decide against it before then, even after you have agreed and after the correction rounds, you can withdraw and owe nothing.
Do the prices depend on where my business is based?
No, the fixed prices are the same wherever your business is based. Noah Frank works by email and video call, with a focus on Zurich and Switzerland, and companies in Germany and Austria are welcome too.
